Bad customer service and carelessness

I have been using MTN since 1995 when I started using cell phone. On the 27th my whatsup was hacked and the hacker managed to simswap without the security questions I guess. When I noticed this I called MTN answer by a rude gentleman proving a point that I know nothing. He asked me for numbers on my Sim card of which I gave. He told me that a simswap has been done. Isked me security questions one of them how many points did you have when the account was hacked, of which I did not know. He then said, he cannot help me as I am not co operating, yet the person who has ricced the number is in their system. I am disappointed. The hacker is till taking money from people in my name as my profile Pic is still on the account. All I wanted was my number to be blocked. He said, they won't because they are not sure if I am a hacker. That was rude.
