Bad customer service and *******

Got called by MTN sales rep offering me a contract about the uncapped data and they **** and told me that the sim can be used in any router so when I received the sim and router I placed it in my router and it was NOT working I tried to call MTN customer care but they could not help so I decided I want to cancel the contract I’ve been calling MTN for over a week now and they keep transferring me to the wrong department meaning I have to hang up and call again….they told me the cool of period is 10ams now it’s 7 days and they’re telling me that I need to send the router to the store and I’m at work and only knock off at 5pm meaning the stores will be closed by the time I need to send it to the store I tried to arrange for a different day and they keep transferring me to the wrong department this is so unprofessional and ********* as I told if I cancel to I need to pay 2000 this is totally uncalled for as the customer service was terrible and reason for the delay
