BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ... also ******* ! i will never recommend MTN!

YOU owe me money! and its been 6months into me paying your bill, where i have already settled it and cancelled the contract , yet you still DID NOT call or follow up or even think of making contact , YOUR SERVICE IS BAD, disgusting , you have so many competitions and ambassadors, yet you can not pay my money back, my contact number is ***, and no this is not the contract im talking about, MTN is ok with handing me over to lawyers but not ok to make their mistake right. my credit record is in shambles yet no one even calls back. its PATHETIC
