Bad Customer Service

MTN Customer care consultants are unprofessional and have no way of speaking to customers, I have had endless issues with MTN and still have no joy with my issues. The consultants are rude and have dropped calls in my ear numerous times. I want to cancel my services and have no joy in doing so.

I will not recommend MTN to anyone ever again.
