Bad customer service

Absolutely ********** customer service. Response on email and Facebook is very poor and not helpful at all! My internet has been basically non existent for about a week an no one wants to help. Not one number for the stores work, the Whatsapp is all automated, the call centre doesn't have an option to speak to a person. It's just all round a bad experience and I still have no internet. The only person who's name I could find was Khethiwe on Facebook, and she was of no help either
