Bad customer service

I am having a contract phones with MTN but this guys turns to not take their customers serious anymore, from insurance claim department to complaints department. I sent *** email the only thing they did is to send ticket number and they never responded to my emails and when I call MTN champions requesting complaints department number they say they don't have them.

I regret taking contract with MTN
