Bad customer service

I app**** for a contract last week and it was provisionally approved, they then said they would call me back to finalize the details. After no response, I app**** again and it was provisionally approved again, they said a consultant would call me back in two hours to finalize, and nothing. I then followed up via email on Thursday and still no feedback. What pathetic customer service.
