BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a contract with TFG and followed all the protocols when changing the sim from contract to prepaid but still have issues with my sim card.I did rica the sim card but i cant receive calls from other networks besides mtn.I did make a query with TFG and they did state that this matter needs to be resolved by MTN
