Bad customer service

MTN branch eastrand mall service is very ppor. you stand in the Que while staff is busy chit chatting there is absolutely no sense of urgency. Front desk they bisy hugging their friends and screeming at people passing 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡 very ****ed
