Bad customer service

I have emailed and used Facebook messenger requesting to make arrangements to pay my arrears as I cannot pay it all at once. The email asked for a Mtn pin which I don't know. The Facebook agent asked my bank details and there after did not respond. Did not ask for an amount or date. What's happening with mtn customer service.
