Bad customer service

I am utterly disgusted with the poor service i have been receiving from Mtn..... I have a ZTE router and have a contract with them for over 3 years.... But since i have moved to a new province i am unable to get connected.... I have been mailing and phoning them but they just dont bother to answer nor assist.... I have tried to make payment arrangements but also just being sent from pillar to post......Now they want to send out a summons on me.... How ridiculous as this would not happen if thr customer gets treated tgey way they should and for them to actually do there job.....
