Bad customer service

I renewed two cell phone contracts at MTN shop Pavilion Durban on the 10/01/2023, I spent the whole day assisted by Ms Vanessa Matthews. I chose 2x Oppo phones that were on special going together with sports watches. I was also promised to get gifts within three to four weeks. Until today I have not received those items. I have sent numerous emails to *** and to Oppo technician . Until today there's nothing. Please assist. I told them that I work at FNB Eastern Cape and must those items via courier services. I also sent them my work address for delivery but nothing. Please help.
