Bad Customer Service

I am a client of MTN and received a very bad service from one of your branches in Promenade Mitchell's Plain. Your employee by the name of Mercia was very rude today the 30/09/2022 when I entered the branch just to enquire about how I can pay my contract, she responded rudely by saying they are off line and there is nothing I can do about that. I was like is there no other alternative that I can by at least, she just left me hanging. Is this the kind of service MTN is providing to us these after we have been loyal customers for years.
