Bad customer service

I called Mtn on 10 Friday 10.55 am. I spoke to consultant by the name of buhle hadebe she was very rude and drop the call no reference number given. She just left me hunging simple means Mtn consultant don't take pride of their work. Please listen to the recordings. Feed back will be highly appreciated. Aftet being an Mtn customer for 17 years.
