Bad customer service

What bad servicei got everytime when I entered the store from mtn store at Carlton center and is now their bad habit. Queuing time 1hour 30 min, they putting a pandemic as an excuse, they even mention that they are short stuff,their approach is 0% actually everything is just 0% at that store. There other thing is i haven't got my power bank the time I bought my phone i went to store to many time and that was 2019 till today. Pitty is even the Manger is very rude like stuff so you end up not knowing whr to report your issues. Everyone in that store need to be trained again.
