Bad customer service

I am not happy with the service that I got from Mbali. I called 083135 this morning case number ***. I needed information on what package I am on due to a mix up that I think happened when I got my phone. At some point Mbali raised her voice at me and even used the words “I said”. I did not like that. I really don’t think your consultants are trained to raise their voices. Mbali needs to know she was wrong please
