Bad customer service

I have been dealing with MTN for the last 6 years and every time I want assistance they have actually failed. Recently I have upgraded my data plan contra with MTN and when the data was supposed to be loaded they did not load it. I call them and I deal with different people and all of them they give me different answers meaning that they are not on the same par. How can so many people working for 1 company give me different answers, don’t MTN have process and protocols that guides them on how to do their work. That means all of them mess-lead me because even now I’m still sitting and my matter has not been resolved and I am actually considering to cancel everything with them as I am being failed. The names of the people I dealt with are first summer trading mobile Depertment I’m not happy with them. Nasiphi Gako, Landela, Fani Khubai and Unathi Vumazonke others didn’t even want to give their surnames I don’t know why. My reference numbers are 1. REQ *** , *** 2. Ref is ***
