Bad customer service

On the 1st of December 2019 Mtn was running a promotion which was a black friday weekend promotion where if you upgrade or take up a contract you would get 10Gb anytime data, 15Gb youtube data, 5000 mtn to mtn minites and about 200 sms. We app**** for the upgrade and it was approved. But to date I never received the data and the minutes, I only receive the minutes and data for the made for me s package. I have tried to contact mtn countless times in the hope that they would resolve it. They keep telling me they want the contract I signed but when you apply online there is no contract that they send you to sign, they only sent you an email with details of what you have app**** for. It has been more than 9 months now and I have only received messages that my query has been resolved when it has not been resolved.
