Bad customer service

I want to cancel my contract with MTN and I was at MTN store and they gave me a number that I should call. The number does not work (***)<br> So i got a number from my MTN app which says customer service and that number does not exist either.<br> So i searched on the Internet and got another number *** and could not get through to a consultant as it keeps on saying all our consultants are busy etc etc. i tried 3 times and could not speak to any consultants....first time i got kicked off the line,second time i hold for 10min and third time i hold for 15min...<br> My contract ends in march and i have been trying to cancel it since last week
