Bad customer service

Customer service is useless and not helpful at all. I m a new customer and their consultant got my email adress wrong. When I called to fix it, they asked me questions not related to me and could not change the email to the correct one. Because of that I don't receive statements or even the contract. I will not recommend mtn to anyone. Worst customer service ever.
