BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The MTN insurance took my phone : Samsung Galaxy S4 in for repairs on September 8.<br> Two weeks after not hearing anything from them, I tried to get a hold of their offices but to no avail as they kept on saying that there is a problem with the network. Tried calling the same number which is ***, for the next two weeks but still nothing. I ended up calling the MTN head office, I was told that i will be called back, and still NOTHING. I need to know what is happening with my phone because it's over a month now. Tracking no. SPPL***.001 Description: *** SP ***
