Bad customer service

Mtn insurance, i logged a claim and it was approved and I have been waiting for them to deliver a phone.

Their excuse is the supplier is more expensive right now they will have to request someone to approve a purchase order. I am phoning daily and they hang up my calls.

I even ask them to purchase from different supplier and they don't want to, they keep on saying will see if we can get alternative phone.

I don't want alternative, I want my iPhone.
