Bad Customer Service

I have tried phoning, I have send so many emails with reference nr that it is not even funny but still my contract has not been cancelled Ref *** Ref *** Emails, 8 Nov, 25 OCt, 19 Oct, On 8 Nov I have spoken to Grant @16:01 to also cancel my contract and to correct my 1 nr but still this month I get billed for both - this is very bad costumer service and it feels like no one is helping I just do not understand in this day and age why this can take so long and why do we need to keep phoning - I would have upgraded the number if I wanted to continue
