Bad customer service
I arrived at your Kagiso Mall branch,there was a gentleman assisting a lady,next to this gentleman was his colleague(a lady) doing nothing,i stood there waiting to be assisted and this lady whom was sitting next to the gentleman just looked at me for a good 10mins without assisting me,10 mins later she offers to help and unfortunately I didn't have my ID,went to fetch my ID in my car and found her assisting another client,there was however another staff member sitting at 1 of your counters,walked up to her and asked if she could assist me and she said \no"without asking what I needed assistance with"
