Bad customer service

I went to install my wifi at Mtn on the 17th May, and I was told that it will take 5 to 14 working days. Since I app**** nothing has been done yet and I'm not getting any feedback, I had to call with my airtime to get response but nothing has happened till today. So my question is what kind of service is this ❓I am so disappointed and frustrated with Mtn customer service
