Bad customer service

I recently bought a home wifi router and stated that it will be delivered withing 3 days. I just received a call from DSV that they will only be able to deliver next week Monday. Could you please help with delivery speed up processing. I need to start working on Wednesday. Only if I knew it was gonna take time I would have went to the shop straight. Please help me out🙏. I have called Mtn customer service 9 times today and they kept on referring me to switchboard with no help
