Bad customer service

Hi the consultant at protea Glen mall don't want to work I've been experiencing this every month when I go to pay my instalment at mtn protea Glen mall , they just say system is off line even if it's not mont end so it's like you are disturbing them with their conversation ,so those consultant dont want to work and they don't have customer service . I won't go there any more I rather go far
