Bad customer service
Upgraded this month at MTN Garden Route Mall. Jacques du Preez assisted me, contract signed for the Huawei P Smart 2019, 150 minutes, 100 sms and 3 gigs data per month. To my suprise I only got 1 gig data with 150min and 100 sms. I went to MTN to ask what is going on, Consultant (a lady, can't recall her name) who helped me advised that the additional 2 gigs were omitted. A ticket was raised on Tuesday and since then no feedback has been received and I have not been credited with my 2gigs. I called MTN Garden route numerous times but no answer.
