Bad customer service

I just want to thank mtn for their horrible service and showing me that Vodacom is the best telecommunication, I tried to port back my number back to mtn , I was told to go and Rica at their outlet, but guess what? Their shop is no longer there, and I'm not surprised because I know customers will never go to where they are not appreciated.
