Bad Customer Service

Yesterday I went to Southgate Mall to collect my phone after Repair Centre in Midrand confirmed that my phone won't be repaired and was assisted by Andile. Southgate did not have stock of the phone and Andile checked grom the nearest shops, but could not find anything. He advised that Westgate Mall got enough stock. Saturday morning I went to Westgate mall and was assisted by Mpho. She tried everything she could, but she could not get anyone to access the system and apparently only managers can access the system her manager promised to only AFTER 2 HOURS AS HE/SHE WAS BUSY. I could not wait for 2 HOURS. * I was surprised, because Mpho called few people including other managers and all of them could not access the system. * My costs and time that I wasted going to the branch where people dont have access the system. * Why do you leave people without access to work on Saturdays.

I am not prepared to go to any branch. What should I do as I need a phone. I have been to two branches already.
