Bad customer service

My wife and I went to MTN Store Kolonnade to buy cellphone on contract. Bad customer service from Melody Daniel, consultant was rude and captured incorrect information from an ID number to even the date of deduction which was voluntarily given to her without bothering to ask it seems she already chosen her own for us! Thanks to Palesa from the call centre for explaining the device how it works and updating the personal information.
