Bad Customer service.

I have been a custome of MTN for 22 years. I did I sim swop 28 October 2017 at Mooirivier mall Potchefstroom. Firstly they never told me I had to give in a head letter of my company. The tuesday the 31 October 2017 I went to the shop to find out why my sim has not been activated. They tell me then for the first time no I need to bring a head letter so it can be activated. As a customer for 22 years and my company holding 15 contracts or more at MTN I would expect better customer service. Mtn should of contacted me earlier and told me my sim is not going to be activated and they need a head letter, but no they let you wait and wait until you visit them and then they tell you what is the problem. After that the same day I took in the head letter to MTN Potchefstroom. The employee Jacque Janse van Rensburg took my head letter and said it will be processed and the sim will be opened. After another two days gone by on the 2 November 2017 my sim was stil not activated. I contacted MTN Potchefstroom the Manager Marli picked up the phone and I asked her why my sim was not activated yet she said she will call me back with information. She called me back and told me no the sim is not activated because they need a head letter. I was at that moment shocked because I have given in a head letter that Tuesday to Jacque. She said no they don’t have a letterlik like that and insisted I am in fault that it has not been opened yet. I told her I gave it in on Tuesday but no she did not want to hear what I had to say. I want MTN to check in to Jacque Janse van Rensburg and Marli she refused to give her surname. Because how can employees of MTN loos documents with personal information on and blame the customer for their mistakes? Marli does not know what customer service means and she does not respect her job or customers. I want MTN to contact these employees and put them through a disciplinary hearing how ro work with customers personal information and gow to work with customers. This was the worsr experience I have ever had with MTN and was on the point to cancel all my contracts and I am stil considering this. Please deal with these employees before they do real damage ge to your company and company’s image.
