BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i sent in my phone for repairs and was given a refurbished phone back. 3 months later i was unable to use the phone, after taking it to the phoenix plaza store i was told by Shabeer that the phone was blacklisted. When i was returned the phone in January they incorrectly gave me the stores invoices instead of the phone papers but i wasnt aware of that..i was told i need to take it in to the repair centre when i refused then only did they take it.the phne was retuned to me in April where i was told everything is sorted, but to my dismay it wasnt so i took the phone back to them.Shabeer did not advise me that he didnt send the phone back he took it upon himself to just keep the phone at the store. after calling the centre yesterday and being on hold for 15 minutes i was advised by according to them the phone was sorted and returned to the store in April. I did not blacklist the phone. they gave me a phone that was someoone elses and that person blacklisted it. i called the phoenix store to be advised by the manager Razzak that i need to go and get an affridavit to say that i didnt blacklist it and only then can they send it in.i have to be inconvienced as they dont want to do they jobs
