BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My name is Makhabane Sefali, i had a contract with mtn few years back of which i was loyal n paid my contract in full then my cellphone died n I send it back for repairs they instructed me to pay R600 at absa which I did then 6 months later when I went back to mtn in Westonaria they called the contract department n I was told my phone was damaged beyond repairs. I then asked for my phone back n the R600 I paid but I never got the phone back not the refund instead I was told my phone was delivered to the wrong store until today I never got my phone and my money back.
