Bad customer service

Think twice before getting a month to month data contract. They failed to mention that this has to be paid before month end and that the data are only loaded the 1st of the next month. I paid on 3 Oct and will only receive the data the 1st of Nov. After spending over an hour(3 phone calls)on the phone with them only to find out why the monthly contract cannot be activated and being promised it will be activated within 24 hours and waiting 3 days now I think I am done with MTN and not renewing my other contracts with them in the future.
