Bad Customer service

<p>I am on the sky light pakage from the beginning of the month,i was on the sky pakage and i told the guy at Vredenburg mtn store when i did my upgrade to keep me on the same pakage.Well for a week now i must load airtime to do my bussenis cause why my pakage doesn't work.After 6 times that i call the customer care and everyday that i vissit the mtn stores my problem hasn't been solved.I am losing money in my bussenis cause while you busy on the line your airtime is finished and then i must recharge again.I paid my account also and still nothing is working.After R 500.00 that i already recharge my account try to do my job and several times that i have visited the mtn store i am still stuck. My contract said R1650 a month but yesterday the told me my account is R 2048.00 and i paid that but still hasn't reflect that i paid.</p>
