Bad customer service!

I recently upgraded was told I was getting a 64gb phone and only realised later when my brand new phone was telling me it was full that I was given a 32gb phone (tried calling store in Bedford centre for days, phone just rings and rings!) I had to go and spend more money getting a memory card! Then I was debited more than I should have been and when I queried it i was told it's data charges, call chargers, content chargers and arrears for JULY really!!!!! We are now in January and I don't understand how I can be debited in December for JULY!!! I am also on a top up contract! I would just like SOMEBODY to please explain this to me and get back to me.

Thank you for your post

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Please be advised that on the invoice dated 2016-12-20 you were billed a customer swap charge of R171 (including vat) plus the prorata amounts from the previous package for the account transfer that was captured on 2016-12-01, these are once off charges not relating to the upgrade and will not be billed on the upcoming invoices.
We have escalated the matter regarding the handset to the store management for further assistance.

Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Kind Regards
Siphumezo
