Bad customer service!!!!

mtn i have not received any response with regards to my situation. but you are able to send me billings how will i pay this bill if i have no device that i am using and one of your officials fail me. how is this a customer service when am left with no response as to who or what is to be done with my claim. i need to know if you will fix my device or not?
