Bad customer service

<p>I upgradedon't my account on the 1st June 2016. I'm disabled and can't use my fingers properly so the note5 stylus is useless to me. I noticed by the 14th my stylus was falling out and on inspection it was broken at tip and I have never used it. </p> <p>Contacted mtn Cavendish n they sent me to Samsung and Samsung informs me that they can't replace I must go to network provider. Neither accept fault as an issue and I'm told to purchase something I dont use. Bad and sad I don't want my Samsung any longer.</p>
