Bad customer service

Worse service ever, from call center sales person to the new contracts customer care service. Sold a contract over the phone, then gadgets are delivered without any contract document, the next thing there are undisclosed amounts you must agree on during delivery. No contact details shared, and the supposed new contracts customer care does not provide a solution except that bring the delivery back to nearest MTN.
