Bad customer service

Om Friday I called MTN asking why was my dats not loaded and tje agent kept hanging up the phone on my ear, I called again and I was promised it will be loaded tje following day (15 apr) and it was not loaded after the poor service of MTN I want to cancel my contract and they told me the department that works with cancelations are not available, Bad service bad network am done with MTN.
