Bad customer service

You send an email they give you reference number which when u call its not recognized as the call center uses a different reference number. Call center agents they pretend as if they assisting you busy mumbling things on your ear and as soon as you are done with the call you get an SMS saying query has been closed yet they said they will escalate the matter. How is it then closed
