Bad customer service

Cancellation of a contract with mtn is almost impossible. For some reason its not done in-store anymore. There goes customer service! The stores are short staffed, the staff is slow, and when you finally get to a consultant, they dont offer the services you would expect them to. The call centre is also no help; 083 808 doesnt even ring! If you phone 135 and get through to the cancellation section, you hold on for ever before finally giving up. Im still trying to cancel my contract. Is this just a ploy so they can charge you for another month?
