BAD CUSTOMER SERVIC

I am trying to cancel my one contract with MTN needless to say its basically impossible...unless you are willing to hold on on the phone for hours and still not get a champion (CAMPION ! my ass) to answer you call due to high volumes for the last month. Dont u think its time to take on lezs customers or get more so called CHAMPIONS so MTN CAN FOCUS ON CUTOMER SERVICE ?

It's sickening. Please revert back to me ASAP
