Bad Customer relations MTN. ***

Mnt is short changing me on our close of a cell phone contact. Iast month when I went into their store at East Gate mall, I was told that I could only end my contract on the 11th of August 2025. When I called in yesterday, and not without so much difficult, I was told by Endinalo Mkehle that I still am contracted to mtn for a further 21days. After failing to understand my explanation regarding the notice period she told me that her manager Ryan Eock would call me shortly and that never happened. Clients out there should be aware of this unfair practice by mtn. MTN is an organization which should be bound by corporate governance and hence should not be a **** as it is portraying to be. I am so diverstated by the lack of customer service and unfairness of this organization, mtn. I would not recommend anyone to go into any business with them.
