Bad customer experience with MTN consultant

We app**** for a MTN business cellphone contract and personal MTN cellphone contract during January 2020. The consultant Keitumetse Maleka did not give as any feedback at all after visiting her office several times. She doesnt teply to our messages via sms and/or emails at all. We are keen to sign a MTN contract and have been Vodacom clients for the past 30years. The customer experience we have received from this MTN consultant is absolutely pathetic!
