BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

Honestly been having problems with mtn and mondo pushing me from pillar to post. They been debiting My account for a product I returned within the turn around time of cancelation but every month I still get debited I keep phoning and no one assists me with my refund. I've never had such horrible service In my life
