Bad Customer experience
<p>I am a client of MTN. I need to know how much do I still owe on my contract. I have been calling them since September requesting this and all I seem to get is empty promises. I was told I would get my statement emailed to me but to this day I havent recieved anything. Then i was told an agent would be in contact with me, but still nothing. I am very furious because I want to settle this account, but I dont have any information. Can somebody please do their job and sort this out for me. very annoyed customer.</p>
