Bad customer experience

I went in store at Secunda Mall for an upgrade. Sello was the person I dealt with and his service was exceptional. Up until today he still gives me regular updates on my upgrade. The problem is with the stock of my upgrade. I was in store when he actually asked the store manager Lee Tsatsi when we could expect stock and she told him that it was ordered already and it will be delivered last week Friday 23 April 2021. Sello then called on Friday telling me there was a problem with the stock and that Lee then told him my upgrade will be delivered today Monday 26 April 2021. Sello again called me a couple of times today and the last time was 15:30 where he told me that my upgrade did not come with the other ordered stock. When he asked Lee where my upgrade is, she flatly denied that she ever said that she ordered it. Once again, my problem is not with Sello as his service is great. It is the fact that Lee said that the stock was ordered and now suddenly she denies she said it. Now I do not know when I will receive my upgrade.
