Bad customer care service

If I could say 0 star i would but I am realy disappointed in mtn I have been a loyal customer to mtn for many years and all of a sudden they start to suspend my line due to one little in paid payment because I had an emergency crisis on one month I am trying till now to get my account up to date but they still suspend me and if I phone customer care line the system is always off line I am realy getting fastratef and u am considering to move to another network
